Privacy
Short version: this website counts its visits with a single first-party beacon we wrote and run ourselves — no third-party trackers, no ad networks, nothing sold or shared, and your browser's Global Privacy Control is honored automatically. The product will treat your learning data as yours. This page is written in plain language and versioned in public, like everything else we promise.
This website
- First-party analytics only. This site measures itself with a single beacon we wrote and run, served from this same domain. It records the page path, how you arrived, how long you stayed, and how far you scrolled. It sets no cookies, stores no IP address, and carries no identifier that follows you across visits. No third-party service ever sees your visit — you can verify that yourself: open your browser's network tab and count the hosts.
- Global Privacy Control honored. If your browser sends the GPC signal, this site never remembers you across visits — automatically, with nothing to configure.
- No third-party trackers. No advertising pixels, no social-media embeds, no outside analytics. Every font and file on this site is served by us.
- No fingerprinting. We don't probe your browser, canvas, or fonts to identify you.
- Server logs. Like any web server, ours records the request URL, IP address, browser user-agent, referrer, and timestamp — operational logs used to keep the site running and detect abuse, retained briefly and then discarded.
These aren't just settings. The site is built so that adding any third-party request would fail our own release checks.
Early-access requests
The "Ask for early access" form on this site asks for one thing: your email address. Submitting it sends your email to PKG Systems' Prospondi service (prospondi.pkgsystems.com), which stores it on our waitlist and notifies the small team building Proareta. Your IP address is not stored with your signup — only a one-way hash of it, used to detect abuse of the form. Signing up twice stores nothing new.
We keep your email so we can invite you when early access opens: one email when that happens, nothing else. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to anything else. If you'd like off the list, say so through the contact form and we will delete it.
When the product ships
Proareta isn't live yet. When it is, these commitments travel with it:
- Your learning data is yours. Your conversations, your competency map, and your record belong to you — never mined for anyone else's product, never used to profile you for advertising.
- Leaving is a real option. Close your account and it stays exportable for a 90-day grace window; after that, your data is purged. Credentials you already exported keep verifying forever — they never depended on us.
- Anonymous by default. Credentials you share identify you only if, and how, you choose.
When the application launches, this page will be replaced by a full privacy policy describing exactly what the product stores and how to exercise your rights over it. Nothing is collected today beyond what is described above.
Questions
Ask anything about your data through the contact form — specific questions get specific answers, in writing.
